Refund Policy

WASL Scout sells prepaid credits. Because credits are digital and consumed immediately when tools run, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are granted to your wallet.

When we may refund

• Duplicate charges caused by a billing provider error
• Credits purchased but not delivered to your wallet due to a verified system fault
• Other cases required by applicable consumer law

Welcome credits

Promotional / welcome credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to request

Email support@waslscout.online within 14 days of the charge with your account email, approximate purchase time, and reason. We respond within a few business days.
